In our first complete-game post of the season, we invite you to listen again to Friday night’s Northeastern-BU game broadcast.
Oddly reminiscent of last year’s homecoming victory over Boston College, Northeastern and Boston University traded jabs for two periods of scoreless hockey before the Huskies broke through and took a 1-0 lead late into the third period, eventually holding on for the victory. If you couldn’t make it to the arena or just want to relive the game, WRBBsports.com presents the complete game broadcast from Friday night.

This was the scene at a sold-out Matthews Arena tonight as the Huskies beat the Boston University Terriers by a 1-0 score. The DogHouse was packed, the old signs were brought back out, and the Huskies donned new white uniforms featuring the old Husky logo seen on the black away jerseys.
Freshman goaltender Chris Rawlings impressed the fans with his 43 saves. The game marks the first time Northeastern had beaten BU since February 28, 2007.
